Vetkoek Easy Home Mix

Delicious! I had 2 much older Afrikaans women who taught me how to cook and bake, so my bar is quite high. I add natural Butter in small quantities into the dough through covering my hands in it for the kneading of the dough, that I do twice after 30 min intervals before I make my individual balls. Finally I don't fry my Vetkoek in vegetable oil, I buy Tallow and Lard and for most of my cooking, in the case of Vetkoek I go with Pork Lard, just as my Aunt did because it just tastes the best. I buy my refined Tallow and Lard from the Tallow Company.
