- Delivery times vary based on your location, typically 3–7 working days from dispatch.

- Once dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email.
- Eureka Mills is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, public holidays, or events beyond our control.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
- Due to the nature of our products (food items), we can only accept returns for unopened, unused goods in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
- To request a return, email marketing@eurekamills.co.zawith your order number and reason for return.
- Refunds will be processed once the returned goods have been received and inspected.
- Refunds are made via the original payment method within 10 working days of approval.
- If a product is damaged, expired, or incorrect on arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund at our cost.
