I am so impressed with this flour. It made a very soft buttermilk bread and the best pancakes ever! Next I'm going to try out pizza bases and making some pasta. Congrats with the Gold Award, because this flour hands down stands out above the rest. Just to mention that the other flours aren't lacking far behind. But the results from the 00 flour are really impressive!
